Mystery -- Happy Birthday!!! :D :D :D

Y'all, I've gotta do something. I have EIGHT items on my weekly list, which have been ON my weekly list for FIVE weeks.
Maybe that means they aren't really important? I don't think so... I would like to have these items done, but I am tired of writing them down every week.
I do the things that absolutely HAVE TO be done -- laundry, refill rx, keep gas in the car, attend church, GriefShare meetings... but in between, I admit, I am mostly addicted to the TV and the bed. I will easily sleep till noon if no one bothers me and there is nothing on my schedule. I stay up till at least 3:00 a.m. and sometimes later, so naturally, I'm going to be sleeping in the late morning. I have become very lazy about exercise, along with other things. I just have zero motivation. I don't feel depressed, but I have to have the TV on all the time to occupy my brain. If I allow myself time to think about dh, I can easily end up in tears, but I'm not just sitting around crying all the time. (I'm lying around, sleeping.) And I am not comfortable turning off the TV to sleep. I know I've got to do better. sigh.
I'm thinking I've got to set maybe three priorities each day and make sure at least ONE of these three is on the master weekly list. ?
Every night I go to bed and I SAY I'm going to do better "tomorrow."
Then I wake up tired and the day falls apart.

In my ideal world, I'd get up, exercise, and do my morning routine * while it's still morning."
Maybe I would have an hourly focus, like LadyM.
But it's just a real struggle. I am doing better at keeping up with my "absolute" responsibilities, compared to my dmom, you know, who was my example of What Not To Do While Grieving, but when left to my own devices, I don't really think I'm doing much better.
Tomorrow is another day.
