Was just listening to the news as I got ready for bed and heard how western NC was hit hard so had to power back up and check for dHarriet and family. I'm thankful for the checkins as it means I'll sleep better without that worry.
Nothing much to update on. I'm avoiding the tasks at hand like a pro!

Oh my yes... you all know how my dh would get absolutely claustrophobic, in a large 3 bedroom house, if people on tv said to stay home. He always reasoned that the people saying stay home were not, in fact, at home themselves, so he wanted to get out and see what they were seeing. LOL. He didn't take real chances in flooded areas, thank goodness, but he did want to get out and ride the roads as soon as he was told he shouldn't.Men get so nervous or something whenever they are told they "can't" get out, even if they didn't even want to go before.
Y'all -- I have a JOY... an amazing JOY. In the midst of all this horrible weather and the suffering it is causing, I hesitate to share it... but I think I will, maybe y'all would like to start Saturday with a JOY also... I will go to J&C.
Tomorrow is another day.
