Thinking of all our SHEs & their families who were affected by the hurricanes. Hoping for a good report from
dRose, & also our friends who evacuated & are safe. Don't know how much damage they had but the news showed their area was hit pretty hard. They decided ahead of this last storm that they are moving out of F lor ida.
Solving Sunday is so appropriate for me today

. In order to keep up here I need to log on more than once a day. I usually only read posts mid morning & don't often turn the computer back on for the rest of the day. So checking in sometimes before or after dinner should help solve that.
The other problem I've been thinking about for a while is how to attach the thick foam arm rest pads that I bought & put on my old office chair onto this new one. New chair has a long continuous metal loop on each side with arm rests built in on top, & although padded they are not very soft. Old chair had rectangular rests that foam pads easily slipped onto. Had an idea to put grommets in the material underneath them & lace them up along the bottom to keep them in place. Bought a kits with grommets & tool at A ma zon that had good reviews & it worked great! I put 4 grommets in each & used leftover pipe cleaners from kid craft projects to lace them tightly to chair & that worked well, better than I think string might have. They are snugly attached, don't slip, & feel great! Problem solved

.
Keep thinking about how wonderful
Nancy's kitchen must smell with loaves of bread baking in her oven. (Yes, I'm hungry

). When dh gets out of the shower we will have leftover pork chops, stuffing & carrots. There's some leftover roasted broccoli, too.
~~~ Waving to all. Hope you have a wonderful, restful evening.
