yay on walking d Nancy!

hello d harriet! hope you have a nice visit with your ds

I and my dd both have struggled with sleep - last night my body felt it was on edge through out the night.
d cathy I am sorry you have been struggling with getting back to sleep.

hello d twins - yay on errands

hello d rose - yay on morning routines

hi d lady
benefits from being aware.
very true
it's a gift to label how you are feeling. - I am usually pretty aware but have been struggling with it the last few weeks; especially the last few days

hello d everyone

I worked in 3 season room for quit awhile - I still have to get back to it.
I got lost after taking mom to a restaurant - she does move and eat slower and slower.
She has a dr. appointment and I will talk about physical therapy for her at a local place that I used when I broke my ankles.

we ate late so I am not sure what I will give her for dinner. I feel like I should just eat veggies - fruit or cereal. maybe yogurt for dinner but she needs more.
it is always a joy to be here with you!

Well, I can’t get into the site on the Chromebook again — “500 Internal Server Error”
Oh well — it was fighting with my posts last night anyway.
I have not cuop for today, I was just checking to see if the phone worked with the site.
Tomorrow is another day.

d Lucy - sorry you had trouble with the error!

good night everyone. I am not sure if I will be up with mom tonight. she fell asleep early and she was sound asleep - I couldn't move her. She just woke up a bit - I am hoping she stays asleep all night. Just gave her her meds

Praying for the victims and the families of the plane crash in dc - heartbreaking!
it is always a joy to be here with you!

Hey -- I'm back in on the Chromebook. I shut it down completely and waited awhile, then re-started, and all is well. Internet has been especially irritating around my house the last few days. DGD was sooo upset at how slow it is last weekend. If I have to call at & t again soon, I may just do without the internet and the landline. DS and I were talking -- most people have my cell # now anyway, and if they don't, if I call them, the cell # is going to show up on their caller ID anyway. I would not advise my dmom to do away with her land line because she is generally without cell service (or currently, without a working cell phone.) But I only use my landline to forward to my cell phone when landline is busy -- therefore, I leave the landline off the hook 24/7, and pay $106 a month for this! Looking at that, this is CRAZY. I can get the most expensive Flash Fiber for $100, and the midrange, which DS has, for $80! I could be saving $20 a month :!:
SURVEY -- How many of you still have your landlines?

Other than thinking about that  I have little to cheer about today, but here goes:
I washed the sheets; I have not put them back on the bed.
I washed a load of jeans and colored clothes. I have not hung them to dry, and have not taken the socks and dgrands' items out of the dryer.
I got my hair trimmed.

I took a nap.
I talked to DS, DDIL, and my dmom on the phone.
I texted with dcousins re: duncle who is back in the hospital. (He had a seizure, which is not totally unusual, and the assisted living people wanted him to go to the ER. Dcousin left work and spent the day with him, but she has not mentioned anyone spending the night this time, or going over for the day tomorrow. Her sisiter-in-law is a nurse at this hospital, so she will check on him tomorrow.)

I have watched a lot of tv tonight, two programs that I thought were 1 episode things, and it turns out they will be continued next week, and I've got enough stuff I'm already sorta invested in. I can't stay up 24 hours a day watching TV.

(((Nancy))) Sorry you had the bs episode. I admire you for purging planners! I, OTOH, have not started that chore, and I have not even taken the shredder out of the box. Remember, I bought it for myself for Christmas.
Of course, my Christmas tree is still up, honoring my vow to leave it up till I get good biopsy results. AND I have done nothing more re: the dining room table, also.
WTG on the walking too!

I really need to get my act together, don't I?

I hope you and your mom have a restful night, blessed! And yes, joining you in prayer for the victims of the plane crash.
Cathy -- Talking about sleep -- my mom has really been having a time with her sleep schedule the last week or so. She had the doctor increase her sleep med by half, but it is still sometimes not working well.

Harriet -- if anyone deserves a low key day, it's you!

Twins' -- WTG on your errands! Is traffic a real problem in your area, or are you far enough out of the city that it's manageable? I know in Birmingham, AL, traffic on US 280 is basically a stand-still from 3:00 pm till probably 9:00 pm.

That's as far as I can look right now -- I hope you're all having a good night, and I will talk to y'all tomorrow! :)
Tomorrow is another day.
