Hooray -- I am s2s, walked 18 minutes, did Bible and devotional reading, talked to DS,
AND I PUPA in master bath for 15 minute
I added "15 minute productive activity" to my morning card.
I know it's 2:30 right now, but seeing that I was barely out of bed at this time yesterday, I'm going to call it a win.
Y'all might not consider this actually very productive, because Pam and Peggy would say I was just moving clutter around and trying to organize clutter, but the bathroom counter is making me kinda claustrophobic. Remember, my bathroom vanity is also my "office," of sorts -- that is where I keep my card file and my planner, and my Bible. So it IS a very crowded space. But lately, I have accumulated a bunch of books and papers, printouts from organizing sites, etc, and it was all just getting overwhelming.
I took all that extra stuff to the nightstand area of my bedroom -- which is also kind of overwhelming. (If y'all are LOL now, I understand. I'm kinda laughing at myself too.)
The nightstand and floor around it are ridiculous too... sooo many books, books to be read, books I have read, books that are inspirational and might help me in my current state of mind... AND magazines... sooo many magazines.
But I am working on all this area AND the bathroom area.
I needed to vacuum, but then I decided that vacuuming where dgrands' will be dropping crumbs all weekend is kinda silly. I took the vacuum cleaner to the bathroom and it is my hope that I will get it vacuumed this weekend.
Where do y'all keep your planners and cards and all this STUFF???
I'm sorry I haven't cuop but I wanted y'all to know I'm trying over here...
PS -- I also started the dishwasher -- as Harriet mentioned, I don't have a lot of dishes except when dgrands are here. And I have been using paper plates a lot, but I realize the other day that this is very wasteful, and I should be using the dishwasher more. I mean, as few dishes as I have, it's not going to take 5 minutes to unload.
