helia so far my exercise was doing a few races with DS6 (or he would stay indoors all day), on one foot, to the mailbox and back, and also a throwing contest. I got a pair of cross training rings (gymnastics rings ?) for my birthday and MrNG put them on this past week so I want to look online for exercise I can do with them, so I can do a variety of moves and not harm myself by dong too much of one move
Managed to keep DS6 entertained (while MrNG was napping) with a board games tournament and then some outdoors races and challenges. Now a break.
