Washed insert for air fryer, potato bin and big canister

Put more in to soak
Set up air fryer and started pizza
Found that it would not turn on
Tried both outlets, tried the coffee maker on same plug
Found the tripped fuse and reset it
Turned off air conditioner
Started pizza cooking
Cleaned up after dog
Spiffed self
Found pizza cooked, but not really browned
Checked the fuse and reset it
Cleaned up after dog
Put the pizza on for another 5 minutes
Cleaned up after dog

I am on my guilt-free lunch break, so I will be happy to sit here and chat with you, Bama.

Helian, yes I did get a nice long walk this morning. I hadn't intended to stay so long, but I met Dog walking friend A with DDog B again. She has decided that if you can't beat the younger generation then you have to join them, and announced her intention of becoming an "Influencer" at the age of 81! (Apparently this is her niece's aim in life, and A is somewhat disapproving about her career choice. ) I explained that anyone can do it, but it's very unlikely you'll make any money (a bit like forming your own rock group). A is undeterred, and is already planning her first "get ready with me" and also sharing her latest "haul" (sensible items of clothing from M&S). I did give a little advice on internet safety, and then told her to go for it. After all, new interests are good at any age!

L.Ann, I wear orthotics too - they're a life saver!

Trissie, I shall remember your tip on using a kit comb to clean velcro. I have a comb that I use to check the cats if they start scratching!

Laura, the plasterer worked very hard and cleaned up after himself. I'll still try and quickly run the hoover round DF CW "s house before they get home .

Bama, it's nearly 9.30 pm here, so I think I'm 6 or 7 hours ahead?

Hi, Peaches!

It's been a good day, although I failed on those phone calls. In mitigation, I had to wait in for a parcel with a four hour slot, and the way things work, I would be on the phone when the postman arrived. And then I really needed to get on with the housework. But I had some time in my garden and upstairs is now clean and tidy. I've cut Fred's nails (only one nip!), given him a brush and done his flea control. I'll see if I can do the Girls tomorrow, but for now, Matilda is happy on my lap.

my errands:
college library, website said limited hours this summer, Noon to 4, Mon thru Fri. Got there at 3, sign said, 123 0 -4, Tue, Wed, Thurs.
Car wash - no osap last night, was told it will be ready in the morning. Got there 330 pm, it's closed, no soap yet
pharmacy for med for mother: not ready yet. (They had only had 2 1/2 hours since I called and said when I would be coming)
city library - The book I wanted there would be available on interlibrary loan - sometime in about 2 weeks? maybe

It's a good thing I live in a smallish town, and only have to drive 5-10 minutes between places!

Next up is community supper, bring supper to dfBS, then go see mother and set her hair for dr appt tomorrow.
I haven't done my dishes or washed any laundry. But otherwise I have at least tried to do my list.
Amd I got to my exercise class - that went well!

I should clarify: most of Ontario is Eastern. The westernmost part (near the Manitoba border) is in Central Time.

lol gma, you’re having my kind of luck today. Dh went to town and said he would pu supper so I named 3 restaurants and they’re all closed on Mondays. Such is life in a small town. I’m good with it.

Dh wasn’t happy he ran to town for a rx only to be told the pharmacy won’t fill it anymore bc they don’t get paid enough from insurance. Bummer. Now to find a new pharmacy for it and then decide do we switch all of our business over… he will talk to the doctor first and then decide.

Just ate and chilling now. I’ll try to continue laundry.
