helia, I like to wrap the rotisserie chicken's bones in cheese cloth and cook it in a slow cooker full of vegetables and water. I like to add some commercial soup stock. That can be put in the freezer for soup when you need it. By wrapping the chicken parts in cheesecloth, you can just lift it out and everything left is soup. (I am a lazy cook.)
I love that you can identify what you are hearing in the early morning.

You so right, Kittykatt. Nothing that I was going to buy last night would be less expensive than at the discount grocery store that I plan to visit today. And the rotisserie chicken has been put off for the next craving.

This is the time of year that it is all about the garden, Lauralind. At least you aren't sneaking excess zucchini into your friends' houses, LOL.
Cheesecake doesn't always need to be that sweet. Years ago, I made a coffee cheesecake for the office bake sale but ran out of sugar. Brought it anyway. It ended up being the hit of the bake sale, because it was a relief from all of the sweet, LOL.

Non sweet coffee cheese cake is right up my alley, Dogged! Little Bit is up and DD32 is home so my quiet time is done. Most of it was spent on a call with the third bank guy trying to fix my banking issue. He just said it is problem he has never seen and he sent it up the line to the next tech support place. At least I can now transfer between accounts even if I can’t pay bills.

I have a dinner with another friend planned for tomorrow and I need to pack and get the house ready for cat sitting, so I can't call it a day, even if I would really love to, and when in doubt, I'm gonna start with the routines!

Trissie, that’s so interesting that you have Tex-mex. I don’t even have that in Alabama lol. I do wonder if the flavors are the same…I’ve read McDonald’s in different parts of the world all taste different.

I finally found my good coffee cheesecake recipe. Dd used to bribe her brother with it. Fox my car I'll make cheesecake. This one is good but there was only the sweet from the little bit of syrup. Some of the thinner jam will help. I always make it less sweet .

Lunch break. Then back to work to get going on freight.
