Hello all! I can't be social now; time is ticking.

3:30 pm - and I'm here trying to get some mojo. I got home about 1.25 hours ago and I've had some lunch.

Well, a caretaker told me that my mom ate a yogurt cup + a bit of an ensure for breakfast today, so she is still able to eat. She had to be reminded to swallow, but I'm floored. The staff over the weekend said she wasn't eating anymore. I tried to feed her a little more yogurt when I saw her around 12:45, but it didn't work; she almost choked on it. I think she did get some sips of water from the cup I offered her. I asked the social worker on the floor how much longer she thought it would be, and she couldn't say, but she thought more than a week but probably within a month. I'm putting the baby shower this weekend back on the schedule, though I'll make the final decision Wednesday/ Thursday. AC has already found a sub for my class, which I think is a MWF class. Writing. (Not confirmed yet.)

I've agreed to sub a one-hour online class tomorrow afternoon.

Hello, everyone!

Just a quick CI as I'm in bed and need an early night. I had a good time in my garden and got a lot of clearing up /cutting down done today -mostly honeysuckle and montbretia, and a small patch of stachys.

Laura - most of my roses are still flowering, and the autumn sedums, and the campanula and lamium are having a second flowering. I also still have geraniums and begonias.

Indoors, I've got upstairs clean and tidy, but ran out of time and energy for any "extras".I've got an early(ish!) start tomorrow, hence the attempt at an early night!
