Hi all. I am trying to motivate myself now. Today was a holiday. No work. Oddly one. Feeling like Saturday but it's not. I'm struggling getting myself to sleep long enough. I wanted to sleep in bur no go. Did a few things and chatted with dd on the phone for a while. Breakfast and then went to dad's to do firewood. I think dh texted him but he didn't see it so wasn't expecting us. Then a couple other guys came and helped. We stayed longer than we were going to but it's done now. Dad's wood shed under the deck is full.

Sat for a bit and now I need to do some stuff and supper. Ds worked pretty hard too. He was contemplating Casper walk. We'll see. But I need to make my place look better and deal with the meat from Costco the other day.

Take cake out of oven, smells good, added apple pie filling, cinnamon, cloves to box sponge cake mix
