I've done a little indoors, and in the meantime, the wind has dropped, and the sun is trying to come out, so I'm going to make the most of the unexpected good weather. I've sprayed the roses in my front garden, which is still in the shade , and now I'm taking a quick break before I tackle the back garden. Although officially it's only 12 C, I think the lack of wind means it feels warm enough to be out without a coat, so long as I keep moving! :D

I'm up and at 'em a little late and a little groggy. I need to move quickly this morning. A placement interview will take up 30 minutes of my morning prep time.

Sounds like you're making the most of your free Friday and the warmer weather, Kitty!
Sounds delicious, trissie.

I also didn't get back here yesterday. But I did get to everything on my todo list which made me feel accomplished. A couple payroll things I didn't finish but I made progress, like I still have some 2nd drafts to check this morning. I chatted with SS after the Vol. ESL meeting and got home much later than anticipated, around 8:30 pm. I did do some grading in the evening and got clean sheets on the bed. Finally. I also finished the first round of drafts for exam prep during the day. Walking with B was nice. We walked and talked for almost 30 minutes.

Today is a more low key day: payroll prep in the morning, payroll interview 9:40 - 10:10, and then I'll teach my class 11-1. After that, I'm done with my scheduled responsibilities for the day! In the afternoon, I'd like to jog, do laundry, order that wedding gift, and get a bd card for ds ready. Dh and I are going out on our dinner date tonight. We might see the Hail Mary Project afterward! Or, if we're too tired, we might punt that fun activity to tomorrow.

It is gray and gloomy today - but still dry. 45*F with a forecast high of 54F. Not awful but not inspiring.

Next:
- payroll: make a quiz
- payroll: finish checking 2nd drafts
- payroll: slides for IW D11

Later:
- back exercises
- s2s and self care
- squeegee and wipe down shower
- make the bed

Good morning! Thanks for the start trissie! What are you seeing in the theatre?
Kittykatt enjoy the pleasant weather out there! Has that bite healed completely?
helia - grandbaby visit? Sounds wonderful! Are you excited?
Good night Dogged :D
LAnn have fun at the library:) (I have a long list of books I want to read...)

We have drizzle this morning... Temp. dropped. Yesterday, we had 17C. I keep a light winter jacket , a down vest, a spring-weight vest out... and raincoat nearby:) The weather is constantly changing.

Last night, I started a cough. Felt a bit off... Missed gym class, rested. Seems like that's what I needed. Got some sleep - I'm good to go again. (Cough remains but it's not too bad)

Today:
laundry to do
some printing
pup walk
babysitting for DGD around noon
Need to cook something...

So what did you get at the library, L.Ann?
kitkat, I'm seeing Donald Margulies' Dinner with Friends, it's supposed to be a good one - it even got the 2000 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

I am. quite frankly, not really in the mood to dress up and travel to the city, but I am meeting some friends there. I guess the weather-induced headache is not really helping. I'm gonna go and lay down for a 15 to see if that helps!

Good morning, fruit pickers! :P
I’ve used those with the in-laws pear trees. It’s no fun when the pears fall out and bonk you on the head.
We had a very good time at the finance thing last night. Made some new friends, that are also going on the cruise, and dh’s old college friend was there with his wife so we caught up on life, they fed us good bbq, and had a row of banks and credit union people ready to help with finances. We need them as dh will be retiring soon and we have no clue what best options are with his retirement.
My have tos are done. Pet chores and some exercises to get moving. We have a hair appointment so going to get dressed for that, walk the dogs, and then run some errands. We will see what all we can get done.
Have a good day! :D

Bama - I enjoyed your Thumper story yesterday:)
You asked: washer is good (so far) - it's a Whirlpool. (I was told to get either that or Maytag, KitchenAid, Amana)

Laudry is going
we had a walk - was a bit chilly.
Ate
Next:
feed pup
take pills
lol flip/start
