I've done my exercises for today: 14 hearts

I drank 6 glasses of water yesterday: 10 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Sit to stand 5 repetitions: 14 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Clear kitchen table once a day: 13 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️

** Health = Feed my body what it needs.
Goal = Under 1300 calories consumed. Status = Averaging 1222 calories

** Fitness = Be active & outside
Goal = Over 6700 steps. Status = Averaging 7179 steps

Goal = 10+ hours with over 250 steps. Status = Averaging 11

** Mental = Be intentional
Use hip pad = 92% success

Daily project = 100% success

Do something you enjoy every day. When you immerse yourself in things you enjoy, you can’t wait to do them again. And then you do them again, and again and again, and the enjoyment continues.

I’m not getting on my scale till next week, but yesterday I finally got into my pants that were too tight.

I can’t exersize for a few days due to the stitches on my jaw and the mosquitoes are keeping me from walking outside in the evenings. I can wear long sleeve shirts and pants. But with the heat and humidity it’s very uncomfortable. And if I use bug spray I need to shower when I come in.

I’ll just use my glider instead …

Just keeping on keeping on 😁
