I've done my exercises for today: 21 hearts

I drank 8 glasses of water yesterday: 16 hearts

Sit to stand 5 repetitions: 21 hearts

Clear kitchen table once a day: 20 hearts

Goal = Under 1300 calories consumed. Status = Averaging 1239 calories

** Fitness = Be active & outside
Goal = Over 6700 steps. Status = Averaging 6822 steps

Goal = 10+ hours with over 250 steps. Status = Averaging 11

** Mental = Be intentional
Use hip pad = 85% success
