Last day of the month ! I've been so busy. (Or, I've let life overwhelm me too much.)
Anyway, I tracked my habit on paper.

My 5 daily habits, tracked on an index card near my bed :
MR - basic morning routine - Move C/W - either Cardio or Weights, daily - MicroMove - tiny times of movement at payroll or during the day - Time for me - to read, maybe write, maybe think, maybe journal - K for Kegels - pelvic floor exercises, 1 mn minimum, at bedtime usually.
Bonus habit : sweep unter kitchen table at night, so kids get used to a clean kitchen floor when they get downstairs for breakfast.


As of May 30th :
MR . . . . . .: 22 out of 30. ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓░░░░░░░░
Move C/W .: 13 out of 30. ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ 5 very hot days without C/W
MicroMove . :14 out of 30 .▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░
Time4me . : 17 out of 30 . ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓░░░░░░░░░░░░░
K . . . . . . . : 12 out of 30.▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░
Kitchen floor: 19 out of 30 ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓░░░░░░░░░░░
I'm starting considering sweeping the kitchen floor as a habit, which is good.
Pelvic floor exercises and "micromoves" during the days : I didn't do so well.

Congrats LadyM and kittykatt ! You're very consistent. You seem do be doing very well with your habits !

Last day of the month so time for me to pause and take a look at my overall H&F stats. I enjoy analyzing data while seeking better understanding of what has a positive effect on my body. Some aspects of H&F are constant while others change over time. Staying aware with analyzing my data is helpful to notice the trends.
