Re: Whopper Peony Wednesday @ TDD - C&C
Good morning!
I napped after a full day of errands and now I’m awake so will try to cuops.
Have a good day at payroll, trissie.
Enjoy your quiet day, kittykatt. Dh planned to retire after dd2’s graduation in May, the accident happened the week after he went back to work, so now he’s on leave, which is good because we still have full coverage insurance as long as it lasts. He had planned to take off for a knee surgery so that will add to time off with benefits. I think he was going to retire after that but who knows, he acts spontaneously without thought. Once he’s retired I won’t have any insurance which concerns me a little but doesn’t seem to bother him. So I’m relieved he can recover and I can use his insurance plan a little longer. I can’t apply for Medicare until I’m 65. Paying for individual private insurance is very expensive and usually doesn’t cover as much as employer coverage.
(((GMA and df)))
Helia, dd1 lives in mom’s trailer on our property, not actually with us in the same house, and it has been nice having her around after her being gone for 9 years. It’s weird as we adjust to each other and mom would hate how she keeps her home but it is what it is.
Safe travels, Lann.

Dogged, very smart. Is it too late for me to change my mind?Doggedly wrote: Mon Jun 08, 2026 8:44 pm And that, Bama, is why I never married. It would have led to jail time.

Good morning (?) Bama! It must be nice having.DD#1 living.so near now, but not actually "with" you! I'm glad you keep your medical cover for a bit longer - having nothing at all sounds very worrisome ( we have a different health care system, so I can't really give any suggestions, but hopefully someone will be along later who has some helpful advice). You have some clever doggies circumventing their pills. I've heard pill pockets can help, and also cheese, but I'm guessing it depends on the dog! A compounding pharmacy can also help to make meds into a more palatable formulation. Fortunately Freddie loves his food!
DH has been launched, and I've done a couple.of little jobs, It's now time to finish my exercises and get into that shower!
