Calories under 1300 Status = Averaging 1395 calories

Use hip pad = 94% success

Every body is different and mine is certain being a rock star in showing its difference.
What happens when 1/2 cup of pasta is put in my body?
I gain 4.8 lbs in one day!
Isn't that crazy?! The inflammation swells my joints causing weight gain and pain.
Eating flour/gluten is not something my body appreciates and it definitely shows its displeasure.
Thankfully the inflammation (and weight gain) goes away within 48-72 hours.
Because I track everything I eat, it is fairly easy to analyze what the culprit is.
Years ago I had the celiac disease blood test done and it came back negative. The test says NO but my body says YES.
At this point I just use the elimination method of finding out what my body reacts to.
Stay curious. Challenge assumptions. Success loves persistence.
