I've had a super stressful few days with caring for loved ones in crisis. My H&F numbers have taken a hit but I'm happy that I didn't quit recording them....regardless of how sad they are. I will regroup and recover. I'm not starting from scratch because I kept doing the best I could under the circumstances.
