Re: FUN FRIDAY
It's been warm and humid all week, we finally got some much needed rain on Wednesday.
I've cuop the last few days. I'm glad it's Friday. I've had another quiet, uneventful week, unlike many of you here.
Random thoughts remembered:
Congratulations to Cowinkie on retirement!
WTG to Twins' Mom's ds and dd on good grades finishing first year at college.
Thanks to MT on updates from Indiana. Happy she is getting better and will soon return home.
Nice to hear Norma and dh have had good dr. appointments/procedures.
Dee, hope the new dr. can give new insight on dh's health.
((Harriet, ddad and family)).
I want to check out Helia's dds and ds's concert links.
??? I know there is more to remember.....
We went to Dgd11 Spring Concert last evening. She is in 5th grade, will go to middle school next year. There were over 80 4th and 5th graders in the chorus this year. The program was long, almost two hours, but very good. The teacher is very good and has been with this school around 20 years. Part of the concert always showcases students who play instruments; last night there were piano players at various levels of skill, one boy who played saxophone and the teacher played a piano duet with several students then with her dd who just graduated from college and played the sax. I took a few pictures; if I can get them from camera to computer soon I'll post in m.o.
Dh's dniece and husband will be on vacation here this week from Ohio. We're supposed to see them but we're not sure just when this week.
Glad you are home safe again, too, Kathryn!
