Kathryn that is very interesting about your clock. I wonder if people give them personalities because they are tall like a person and have a voice. My favorite 2 clocks are our mantle clock (nothing special though) and the little cuckoo clock Sunny brought us back from Germany. It has a little German lady on a swing, swinging back and forth for the pendulum. Presently it needs a battery and needs reset.
Boy, not sleeping and getting up so early was hard. I had to sleep after dinner and woke up 3 hours later. Don't get anything accomplished that way!
Tomorrow I'll have to get the house cleaned up. One of the teen girls wanted to have her birthday party out here
and a bonfire. DH is ecstatic to be hosting the kids again, me, well, I do like this particular girl and her parents, she is a sweet girl so its okay. I must pop out and get her a present. I'm thinking pj's. They are bringing all the food.
