I slept better last night. 2 x 3-4 hours.
A friend came and showered me today. washed my hair. I won't go climbing in and out of tub alone. I was so glad for the movable shower head over the tub.
She bought some groceries. - milk yoghurt and bananas. Also home made chicken vege soup. Then I rang another friend for more paracetamol. box of 24 does not last long at 8 a day.
I was sick with morphine again last night. I'll try the other lot with food tonight.

I've been able to keep up with dishes.

I'm home, they kept dh. No surprise there. To me it sounds like they're saying it may be some degree of congestive heart failure. I'll know more tomorrow. Thanks for all your prayers. He was really resting comfortably when I left. They had officially admitted him & he wanted me to get home and to bed. So that's where I'm headed. DD is feeling 'guilty' she didn't go in with me, but we were fine.

I'm definitely in pain now and there's no sense struggling.

Truer words never spoken, Kathryn. I was trying to convince dh of that. Have a feeling they'll probably put him back on the Lasix & potassium. He finished taking it on Saturday. Didn't seem to have swelling, but the visiting nurse kept really listening to some fluid he had in his lower lungs.
