Happy 4th of July!
I am up early and couldn't go back to sleep. I was just glad to wake up. Last night at dd2s after cake and ice cream, I started feeling sick. Dd1 told me that my bs was probably too high. I tested it
and it was 43.

I think that was the 1st time that I had ever had a low but was feeling stuffed. Therefore, I had a hard time getting it back up. I drank a can of pop and had grapes. It finally started coming back up. Dsil was shooting off some nightworks, so we went out and sat in fold up chairs in the drive and watched. It was so cool that we ended up covering up in throws, etc. We were commenting that it was a first, having to cover up and watch fireworks in July. When I came home I had intended to do some work around here but I was too wiped out and went to bed. Yesterday I walked, mowed, went to the grocery store and then was busy with hair appt and 2 more stores. What would have normally been the right amount of insulin was too much last night. It is sometimes a real guessing game, as I am sure
Nancy would agree with.
Guess I will get some laundry started.
Earlier I watched an almost 6 minute video where a reporter was asking people what country did we declare our independence from in 1776. They didn't know, so he would ask what year it was, that was after saying in 1776, what year was the declaration of independence signed. I couldn't believe that that many people couldn't answer either question. He finally found a German tourist who knew the answers. Yikes!
