My Health & Fitness focus for the month of May include -

** Feed my body what it needs- < 1300 calories consumed while meeting fiber & micronutrient goals average = 100% success
1⭐2⭐3⭐4⭐5⭐6⭐7⭐8⭐

** Be active & outside
Walk over 6700 steps average = 100% success
1⭐2⭐3⭐4⭐5⭐6⭐7⭐8⭐
10+ hours with movement average = 100% success
1⭐2⭐3⭐4⭐5⭐6⭐7⭐8⭐
Garden & yard care = 100% success
1⭐2⭐3⭐4⭐5⭐6⭐7⭐8⭐

** Mentally engaged.
Use hip pad = 100% success
1⭐2⭐3⭐4⭐5⭐6⭐7⭐8⭐
Daily project = 100% success
1⭐2⭐3⭐4⭐5⭐6⭐7⭐8⭐
Stay curious. Challenge assumptions. Success loves persistence.
When life gets difficult, learn to sing & dance in the rain.

Clear kitchen table once a day: 9 hearts
