My Health & Fitness focus for the month of May include -

** Feed my body what it needs- < 1300 calories consumed while meeting fiber & micronutrient goals
1⭐2⭐3⭐

** Be active & outside
Walk over 6700 steps.
1⭐2⭐3⭐
10+ hours with movement.
1⭐2⭐3⭐
Garden & yard care
1⭐2⭐3⭐

** Mentally engaged.
Use hip pad
1⭐2⭐3⭐
Daily project
1⭐2⭐3⭐
Stay curious. Challenge assumptions. Success loves persistence.
When life gets difficult, learn to sing & dance in the rain.

Tuesday:
I've done my exercises for today: 5 hearts

I drank 8 glasses of water yesterday: 4 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Sit to stand 5 repetitions: 5 hearts
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Clear kitchen table once a day: 4 hearts

I’m not sure how well I will be able to post here this month, May always gets so busy, but I will try. Posting keeps me accountable. I have the same goals as before, I’m not sure which one will be my main focus to track here but so far I’ve been doing well.

All Goals:
Arm weights
Balance with one foot behind the other
Core exercises
Exercise video
Lymphatic system moves
Pelvic exercises
Rise/sit exercises
Walk dogs at sunset
Walk track

Water
Brush teeth with baking soda, floss
Pets
♥ Wake each day expecting good things to happen! ♥

I get nervous when everything is going so well. When on top there is only one place to go....down.
trying to not think too hard about this and just focus on the moment.
