Kryptonite or Superpower?
I feel like there are 2 categories of food.

Kryptonite category includes food that I can't resist once I start eating them - chips, french toast sticks. This category of food gives me pleasure while it is in my mouth and then stays around forever on my hips. Kryptonite foods are deceptive and tempting. They have almost no nutrient merit.

Superpower category includes food that taste sooo good, vanishes hunger and makes all the micronutrient goals turn green. Meat, butter, vegetables. They have ingredients that my great grandparents ate and lived long healthy lives.

I suppose there could be a 3rd category of food which I am starting to think of as poison because it causes inflammation & pain to my body = gluten. This one is sad and I keep trying to find a way around it. I love to bake. Yes, I know there are gluten free ingredients, but it isn't the same. **still processing and pouting***
